1. The full program
extramail is a web based program therefore you do not need to buy any extra software or make any modifications to your computers or network. You buy a licence which allows unlimited use for 12 months from the time the account becomes live.
Your account consists of:
- A one year licence
- Username and password protected access into your extramail account
- A bespoke header template containing your logo and links to the home page of your website, your email address and in most circumstances prominent display of your telephone number.
- Unlimited use of all the facilities of the program
Price: £450 set up + £50 per month for up to 5000 emails (for rates beyond 5000 please click here)
2. extramail campaign
For a one off, or small series of targetted email campaigns why not try extramail campaign?
Simply give us the contact list that you wish to send to and we'll construct the mail including all the graphics. We can even write the copy for you to ensure the highest possible impact.
extramail campaigns start from as little as 20p a mail including design, copywriting and delivery. (minimum charge of £200 applies)
3. extramail manager
In response to customer request we have now set up a fully managed extramail service.
The service consists of us managing the design, content and delivery of a full series of extramail campaigns.
In addition we will sort and clean your existing database, get email addresses where there are none and even source permission based lists for external marketing. We shall create contact groups based on buying habits, previous purchases, geographical areas for accurate targetting and will liase with you, your marketing department and any PR agency to ensure the message is compelling, eye catching and appropriate.
We will also work with you to ensure that your website provides adequate back up to the email campaign allowing users to "click through" for further relevant information.
The extramail manager costs start from just £350 per month
