The ExtraMail Marketing Policy
ExtraMail is run by Webstart Ltd.

Extramail is a web-based email broadcast tool designed to send permission-based emails to known subscribers. You have received this email because one of our clients has identified your email address as having "opt-in" status (i.e. the holder of your email address has voluntarily shared their address for the purpose of receiving offers and information.)

The sending of unsolicited commercial email is not permitted using this system.

When a company sends out email to a list they have loaded into the ExtraMail system, we require that they agree that the members of the list have agreed to receive emails from them. We encourage companies to personalize their communication with information that indicates they have an existing relationship with their members/customers.

If companies use a list that has been provided to them for the purposes of emailing, we ask those companies to supply the source of their customer data to us in the event recipients or any ISP complain to us about receiving unsolicited email from us.

We use security measures to protect against the loss, misuse and alteration of data used by our system.

How can you stop a company from sending you more email?
If you wish to no longer receive emails from our client please reference the "unsubscribe" information at the bottom of the email you have received and you will be removed from their mailing list.
If you feel that you have received unwanted, unsolicited email from this system, please forward a copy of this email with your comments to: .

Thank you for taking the time to read our Permission Policy.
